SPRING BOOSTERS

You are elgibile for Spring booster of the COVID-19 vaccine this spring.

You may be offered a seasonal booster if you:

  • are aged 75 or over (you need to have turned 75 on or before 30 June 2024)
  • live in a care home for older adults
  • are aged 5 or over and have a severely weakened immune system

We are holding vaccine clinics at the surgery on 4th and 5th May.  Eligible patients can book for the Much Birch clincis or any other available clinics in Herefordshire using the above link or by calling NHS 111.  Please note bookings cannot be made via the surgery.

PASSPORT

COVID VACCINE PASSPORT

Much Birch Surgery are unable to provide you with a covid-19 vaccination passport or a letter to prove you have been vaccinated against Covid-19.

Download the NHS App to obtain your covid-19 Vaccine passport, or call 119 to request a paper copy to be posted to you (please allow 5 days to reach you).


If you have had covid vaccinations abroad that do not show on your covid pass you can click here for information on how to get this rectified.
