NHS App
We recommend you download the NHS app to:
- order your medications,
- view your upcoming and previous appointments,
- view you medical record,
- receive messages from us
- and lots more…
You may historically be using Patient Access for your medication ordering but we would recommend you swap to the NHS App. The NHS app is the same app you would have used during covid, to obtain your covid passport for travel (remember those days!).
It is simple to download the app; go to your App store on your phone or tablet and search ‘NHS App‘. Download the app then it will give you step by step instructions of how to register.
If you think you may already be registered but can’t log in, click on ‘forgotten password’ and it will email you a password reset if it recognises your email address. If it doesn’t recognise your email address that means you need to register as a new account.
Part of the registration process involves confirming your ID and the NHS does this with you via the app, there is no need to contact us.
Once the NHS has confirmed your identity you will then be able to view your record, order your regular medications and use the app for many other things, including useful medical advice.
Once you are using the app it is recommended that you turn on notifications so that you can receive messages from the surgery as well as appointment reminders.
If you need help with registering or accessing the NHS App please call the surgery or pop in and we can help.
